I attempted to leave a message on their social media, but it was removed, and my subsequent messages went unanswered. It seems they have vanished. It feels like my hard-earned money has been wasted. It’s surprising how they market themselves as a reputable company while shipping from abroad. I wonder if the platform verifies these sellers. I had come across mixed reviews before purchasing, but this experience has been very disappointing.
