I was finding it difficult to link my access card with my account so I contacted customer support and was extremely happy that Josh was able to help me link my account quickly and efficiently . It can be off putting to phone for assistance but I was glad that I did . After my initial enquiry had been resolved Josh asked me if there was anything else that he could help with. It's good to know that ATG have such helpful and approachable advisors to assist clients with additional needs and it makes me more confident to call them if I need support with any other concern regarding tickets or accessibility.
