Review Time
I realised in March I hadn’t received any tickets for a show I’d booked 3 months previously. I couldn’t find them in my account or any email. I called ATG and got through straight away to Chloe who found my order within a minute and resent them to me - I’d mistyped my email address which is why I’d not received them .
Dire. Multiple attempts to buy failed. Rotten web page design. Eventually booked, money came out of my account but still told hadn't completed booking. In desperation I loaded the app (supposed not to be needed) and found the tickets there. But still the only email received wanted me to complete the booking. Eventually the ticket email arrived. What a rubbish system.
Excellent customer service on call as we needed to update access details. Warm, caring and Sabbir Miah was so keen to establish that all our needs were covered. The whole procedure was excellent and caring and warm.
Sam was so helpful and polite when booking our tickets to see Paddington at the Savoy Theatre. He made it easy and we got the seats we wanted for my birthday. We can't wait to go!

Kirsty was really helpful in sorting out access tickets and went through dates to find the best seats at the front. I also obviously pressed something wrong for the card details but Kirsty rang back so that we could continue the booking. She was very patient and extremely friendly and kind and helpful.
Johnny was a great help in getting me through the painful process of exchanging my tickets, which was impossible online via the website. Thankfully there are occasionally still humans manning phone lines who are able to help. Johnnny transferred everything over to a new date and was pleasant to speak with too. Thank you Johnny 😊
I spoke to Olivia at ATG Tickets . I explained the issue and Olivia explained what the best solution was. Very helpful and professional and I was able to solve the problem I was having with my tickets. Thanks again Olivia 10/10
