Placed the order on 12/11 - shipped 12/23 - sat in Jamaica NY saying "awaiting transfer to USPS" until i emailed customer service on 1/13Customer service responded on 1/14 saying it was MIRACULOUSLY now at LA Distribution center with ETA of 1-3 days AFTER USPS received trackingHow did it go from being in NY on 12/23 to LA on 1/13 - and I live in PA???
