Never received my jersey. The ordering process is not transparent that they are shipping from overseas and it will take forever. A Christmas gift ordered well in advance and it didn’t even “ship” until after Christmas. My jersey never arrived. They used a very badly reviewed shipper ACI Logistics. Useless delivery photo and I never received what was supposed to be a present for my dad. No refund. No help at all. Terrible experience.
Upon receiving the jersey, I noticed that the last name was not symmetrical, and there were blue threads stitched through the white letters. The numbers on the front were also uneven. I reached out to customer support, and after one initial response asking for pictures, I sent them. It has now been two weeks without any further communication despite several follow-ups. I strongly advise against purchasing from them; the quality of the jersey is extremely disappointing and they seem unwilling to address their errors.

I ordered a USC college football jersey and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product and the custom stitching. At first I was concerned that it took so long for shipping but the jersey is authentic and is identical to the one I purchased from the USC campus bookstore. I experienced an issue with my order but Andrea from customer service helped rectify the situation in a professional manner. I highly recommend Athena style. ✌️
Order #281986. I preordered a new NFL jersey for an new player right after the NFL Draft. Athenastyle, although they listed the jersey as a pre-order, filled the order using the player's college number. Needless to say, the player changed his number upon joining his new NFL team. I requested Athenastyle to replace the jersey with the correct player number. The response I received from Andrea at Athenastyle was that the picture listed on their website at the time that I ordered was the old college number and that they will not replace the jersey.
