The sessions over the 3 months helped to strengthen the knee. I had joined Omksr’s free sessions which were motivating. The exercises were well paced and just enough stretch. Dr Ankit was patient and understanding. Dr Jyoti who filled in for a couple of sessions gave me some good tips on ankle weights and how long I should hold a position for. To better enhance the sessions it would be good if the trainer checks in at the start of the session where the pain points are after the previous session to better customise the exercise.As I said knee is feeling stronger and walking is so much easier. I was able to walk about 5kms when I travelled for work. Doing stretching exercises helped to ease the muscle fatigue. There is still some pain climbing down stairs and squatting but will continue the exercises learnt from the app.
