The staff showed little concern for our inquiries about the product we were seeking, and the online status of the item was incorrect. When we tried to contact another location, we were sent to voicemail with no option to leave a message! They outright admitted that they don’t answer their phones. The staff treated us dismissively, lacking any helpful or kind attitude. My family and I hope this company goes out of business because of their poor customer service; the employees deserve to lose their jobs!
