Great selection for seasonal decor, but one of the most repetitive and boring selection for curtains I have ever seen. Over 200 versions of the same 5 designs. Yall are just wasting company funds at this point, be serious.
I bought a clothes dryer from an online retailer and later ordered another one through the same link. Unfortunately, the new dryer arrived in identical packaging with the same UPC code, but it was smaller in size. The folding legs were weak, featuring plastic connectors instead of metal. To make matters worse, the ends of the wire rods were exposed and sharp, posing a risk to both hands and clothing. I cannot recommend this store.
The staff showed little concern for our inquiries about the product we were seeking, and the online status of the item was incorrect. When we tried to contact another location, we were sent to voicemail with no option to leave a message! They outright admitted that they don’t answer their phones. The staff treated us dismissively, lacking any helpful or kind attitude. My family and I hope this company goes out of business because of their poor customer service; the employees deserve to lose their jobs!
My experience was terrible. I visited a local store, found a piece of furniture I liked, ordered it with delivery, and received confirmation details. However, it never arrived. The customer service was unhelpful in resolving the issue. Eventually, it was left in a neighbor's driveway with no identifying information. I had to do all the legwork to locate it. There was never an offer to refund my purchase or deliver the product from the store.

Their customer service is ineffective—four different representatives responded to my issues, and it was clear that few of them actually read my emails. I requested a phone number or supervisor, but none were provided. After numerous emails, I finally received a return shipping label and my refund.

The store refused to refund my money, offering only a store gift card as a solution.
I've previously purchased throws from this retailer, but the two green throws I ordered to protect a new sofa were disappointing. They arrived and were of such poor quality that I wouldn't even use them for a dog's bed. I need them collected and refunded as I'm very disappointed after having many good orders in the past. Please resolve this quickly as I need to buy replacements!
I placed an order online for local delivery and received a notification that it was 'on the way.' However, it never arrived, and the store representatives were unhelpful. There’s no centralized customer service number, only email, and they indicate they 'may' respond within 48 hours. The management seems to be running this company into the ground.
I placed an order, but only half of it arrived, with the rest supposedly on the way. After three days of waiting, I contacted customer service and discovered it had been canceled due to damage, with no notification sent to me. I am still awaiting reimbursement for the canceled items.
