DO NOT trust what they say about contacting them (in response to reviews). I've received similar emails multiple times before posting my review. They do NOT intend to do right by the customer; they only want to create the illusion that they care. I can't even locate my initial review on the feedback platform, but I assume it’s somewhere. I’ve never felt compelled to leave such a review before, and I do not take this lightly, but it's crucial to warn others about this scam.
