Steer clear of this website. I placed an order for a 128TB SSD drive for £42.00, which now seems absurd given that the actual cost would be in the thousands. When the item arrived, it turned out to be at most a 2TB drive, not the SSD as advertised. After contacting the support team to report the issue, I received a generic apology and an offer for a discount on future purchases, which I declined in favor of a full refund. Instead, I was met with another apology and an increased discount offer. They insisted I return the incorrect item at a cost of 20-30 euros, which was non-refundable. I refused this and requested a full refund along with a prepaid return label. After a week with no response, I initiated a Chargeback through my bank, which took a couple of weeks, but I eventually received my refund. For the Chargeback, you will need to provide the following to your bank: order confirmation, original product listing, photos showing the discrepancies, and any communication with the seller.
The cardigan I believed I ordered for my wife finally arrived after a long wait. It was entirely different from the image shown and of poor quality. Instead of cashmere, it was a standard padded quilt cardigan commonly found in low-cost markets...subpar quality and very flashy. Returning it for a refund is impractical due to the high shipping costs back to the overseas location. This feels like a scam...I will avoid ordering from abroad in the future.
The item I received was of very poor quality despite the high price. I would advise against purchasing from here. The item did not match the picture, and when I requested a refund, I found out that the return address is overseas, making it my responsibility to cover shipping and customs. Essentially, it is not returnable. A scam.

I NEED someone to contact me regarding my order. I have messaged multiple times with no response! I ordered a white dress but wanted red instead, and these reviews make this place seem like a scam! I want a reply and to know when the item will be sent, as some people have mentioned delays of 5 weeks! If it takes longer than a week, I will request a refund!
DO NOT trust what they say about contacting them (in response to reviews). I've received similar emails multiple times before posting my review. They do NOT intend to do right by the customer; they only want to create the illusion that they care. I can't even locate my initial review on the feedback platform, but I assume it’s somewhere. I’ve never felt compelled to leave such a review before, and I do not take this lightly, but it's crucial to warn others about this scam.
This has been the worst experience ever. I attempted to return an item, but it would cost too much to send it back. The quality was very poor, and the item arrived damaged. Customer service was terrible. I definitely will not be buying from them again. I regret not checking reviews about this company beforehand. Avoid them.
