Sent parcel in 22nd Nov.25 to Germany when checked the status showed delivered on 3rd Dec but not yet received. When checked with DPD came to know that address mentioned was wrong then also it was delivered to someone and pod was provided to us with receivers fake sign.Since 5th of Dec we are continuously requesting to solve the issue but most of the time the staff didn't pick up the phone or every time asking for awb no and address.The staff is not ready to connect the call to their seniors. At last on 24thDec Mr Narsimha asked us to wait till 10thJan after that the company will start the process to initiate the refund or I can send the parcel of same weight again for which they will not charg any freight. How can someone trust them and again make a blunder by giving parcel. I don't think the result will be positive considering the way of talking,feedback given by customers and behavior of staff.
