There are multiple reasons why this service deserves a bad rating,First and foremost the parcel pickup person was very unprofessional, as he did not know how to pack things in the right way due to which multiple utensils of mine got bent and broken during transit.Even though we gave our suggestions, he did not care to listen or respond to the same.This blunder happened twice and both times my things were damaged .Secondly, the employee with whom I was communicating, did not bother to respond or acknowledge my concerns.Thirdly, I was asked to pay additional duty charges both times.. and that too to receive my things in this condition.So on a whole ,would not recommend their service as it lacks professionalism.
