I had a very disappointing and harassing experience with Atlantic International Express.📦 I booked an international shipment from Warangal (Courier World – their partner) to France on 23rd May 2025 with Tracking ID 9220915651. The parcel was delayed by almost 3 weeks, and when it finally arrived, most of the items were damaged and spoiled, including food items and a stainless-steel water filter.✉️ Before shipping, Atlantic Courier Services had clearly promised in writing via email (from their Manager, Mr. Alloysious) that if items were damaged, they would refund both the value of the items and the freight charges. I have preserved all these emails as proof.❌ But after the damage was reported, the company has been denying refund, ignoring my mails, and offering only a so-called “goodwill gesture” of reshipping a few items instead of honoring their written commitments.📞 Their customer service staff (Khushi, Karishma, Taniya, Komal, Shraddha) have been unprofessional, hanging up calls, and refusing to forward me to the manager. The manager, Mr. Alloysious, has stopped replying to my emails entirely.⚠️ Courier World Warangal (their booking partner) even told me directly to “go to High Court, Supreme Court, or police, you won’t get a single rupee back”. This is outright harassment and mental agony after 3 months of follow-ups.👉 This is a case of deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, misrepresentation, and harassment of an international client. I am now preparing to take legal action in India (Consumer Court, Warangal) and also escalate to international consumer authorities in France with all documentary evidence.💡 My advice: Avoid Atlantic Courier Services at all costs. They do not honor their written commitments, provide false assurances, and treat customers poorly when problems arise.
