I sent a parcel from Hyderabad, India to UAE and my experience has nor been great.- They are not transparent about their charges and at the time of delivery, ask for extra charges that need to be paid for custom clearance without which the parcel will not be delivered.- They sent a packer, Damu, to my house to pack the items and he packed them recklessly, refusing to listen to me when I interjected. On receiving the parcel, I noticed that the boxes had been repackaged in the worst possible form because of which a lot of damage has occurred to expensive items that I owned. I believe when they promise to pack items in front of me and send it as it is, they should have informed me when they repackaged the items.- They refuse to take ownership of their mistakes and refused to answer my calls or texts when I reached out to them.All in all, please use another service. This is not worth it.
