I have ordered a parcel on the 11th of january and it was transported via Atlantic Courier. In the beginning we received accurate updates but when it came to custom clearance we saw that the package has been send back to a warehouse in London... When I mailed them about my situation they told me that it has indeed been send back to their warehouse and that I need to pay extra charges so that they can resend the parcel... Why should I pay for THEIR mistake !?!? It is their responsibility to send the package to me! The audacity... unbelievable!
