My recent experience with Atlantic International Courier was an absolute nightmare, primarily due to an employee NARISMA KOLI. He was chasing me daily till picking up parcel and collecting payment, promising an invoice and tracking number. That's where the positive interaction ended.Immediately after payment, Koli became unreachable and incredibly rude, consistently making excuses like being "in a meeting" ,"at lunch","outside office " for an entire week.When he finally replied, gave me a dysfunctional mobile number. Upon confronting him, he resorted to swearing and using cuss words, threatened to stall the delivery if I inquire further. I even have call recordings to substantiate this.Their customer care is equally appalling. Their support email ID also appears to be a hoax. It was only through my own persistent efforts that I managed to secure a tracking number: 9220927022. Till date no one knows about the where the parcel is.You fall prey for their low prices but end up in immense frustration and misconduct. Wanted to assign zero or any negative ratings if possible.
