I had one of the worst experiences using Atlantic International Express to ship a parcel from India to Australia. My package has been stuck at Australian customs for over four weeks, and during this entire time, there was no proactive communication or support from their team.Worse still, when I finally reached out myself, I was suddenly informed of extra inspection fees—charges that were never disclosed upfront. This felt completely arbitrary and dishonest.To add insult to injury, their Australian WhatsApp contact has been completely unresponsive, ignoring my messages and calls for days. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and transparency is truly shocking.Atlantic International Express not only caused significant delays to my shipment but also attempted to force unjustified, hidden charges without explanation or evidence. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a courier company.I strongly urge others to avoid this service at all costs. There are far more reliable and transparent shipping companies out there. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
