Worst Courier Experience Ever – Avoid at All CostsI had one of the worst experiences using Atlantic International Express to ship a parcel from India to Australia. My package has been stuck at Australian customs for over three weeks, and there has been no proactive communication or support from their team throughout this entire period.To make matters worse, when I finally contacted them myself, I was suddenly told to pay extra fees for some inspection, which were never mentioned upfront. This is completely unacceptable and feels like an afterthought or hidden charge.Their Australian WhatsApp contact person has been totally unresponsive, ignoring all my messages and calls. The lack of accountability and customer service is shocking.Atlantic International Express not only delayed my shipment significantly but also tried to push unjustified charges on me without any proof or explanation. There is zero professionalism, zero transparency, and zero responsibility.I strongly advise others to stay away from this service. There are far more reliable and transparent courier companies out there. I will be filing a formal complaint with the relevant consumer authorities.
