Some of my #belongings went #missing, and the situation only worsened when I reached out for help. Their representative, Sonali was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude making an already frustrating situation even more distressing. When i rechecked all reviews, many others have had similarly negative experiences. So, its not a single incidence but rather a #pattern of #behavior.
