Unacceptable. The issues with management stem from their tendency to hire and fire individuals in need, often without care. Despite my experience, I was treated poorly by the management. Valid complaints were ignored, and private discussions felt disorganized. There's not enough space to detail how inadequate the management is—untrained, inexperienced, and unprofessional in addressing real concerns. I've never had such a negative experience in my career and would advise anyone considering employment here to look elsewhere. As for work quality, it fluctuates, but the core issue is poor management at all levels.
