I've never faced such a negative experience and would advise anyone thinking of joining to seek other opportunities. The quality of work varies, but poor management is the underlying issue.

I completed a maintenance job for a facility and was promised payment within 7–14 days. After finishing, I was told I needed to provide additional banking details, which I sent promptly. Now, over 43 days later, I have yet to receive payment. Voicemails are full, calls go unanswered, and I cannot get a clear response. This delay has caused significant financial strain. I strongly advise contractors to avoid working with this company unless they want to risk similar issues.
Where do I begin with this company? Their cleaning staff is inadequate, especially in residential buildings. They employ cleaners from a sister company that also has a poor reputation. Our building went uncleaned for two months, and when the cleaning finally occurred, it was done hastily and poorly. Management seems indifferent to the quality of work provided. I recommend reconsidering any contracts with them before they become another poorly rated company.
