Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Deeply DisappointingI rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too poor not to share. I contacted this cleaning company for a quote and was met with silence. After chasing them, I had to re-explain our requirements, only to receive a quote that was completely wrong and unrelated to what I had asked for.I followed up again and spoke to a polite staff member who promised to escalate it to the manager. A week passed—still nothing. When the manager finally called, she was unfriendly and dismissive, insisting I had asked for what was quoted (I hadn’t). I explained everything again in detail and was told a new quote would follow. Again, this was not the case and I had to chase the company. After yet another follow-up, I finally received a second quote—5 to 6 weeks after my initial enquiry—and it was still incorrect.To make matters worse, I emailed their central support team twice and received a read receipt showing my message was deleted without being read. I then tried calling their 0800 number, which is no longer in use.After checking their Trustpilot reviews, I saw similar complaints from former employees about rude management and poor professionalism—something I unfortunately experienced first-hand.I won’t be chasing this company any further and strongly advise others to look elsewhere. A complete waste of time.
