Real concerns were ignored, and discussions felt chaotic. There’s not enough space to express how inadequate the management is—untrained and unprofessional in handling genuine issues. I've never faced such a negative experience and would advise anyone thinking of joining to seek other opportunities. The quality of work varies, but poor management is the underlying issue.
