I'm very thankful for the quick assistance in getting my order during this busy period. Like others, I was worried my order wouldn't be dispatched in time for the holidays after not receiving a notification. However, after reaching out, my order was shipped within 24 hours and arrived today, December 20th. My children and I are very pleased with the beautiful jewellery, which is a gift for their mother. I hope the team can manage demand and streamline the process. I'll certainly buy from here again, but may order earlier next time. 😅
