The earrings were bought as a gift for my sister's birthday. They arrived more than a week after her birthday and were broken - the chain was detached from one of the earrings. I emailed the help desk immediately and provided a photograph of the earrings but have not had a reply. Very disappointing, won't buy from them again.

Like others, I was worried my order wouldn't be dispatched in time for the holidays after not receiving a notification.
