The system keeps suggesting that I upgrade my plan to gain access to support, but to do that, I need to contact the support team again, which is impossible for me as a free user. This situation is absurd. In summary, data is lost after a period of inactivity, leading to the complete loss of my work. This has had a severe impact on my projects.
