This morning, I was surprised to receive a bank alert indicating that a subscription payment was taken from my account, at a rate significantly higher than what I was previously paying to the original service. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a widespread issue. Many users report similar experiences, and refunds appear to be non-existent. I find it hard to believe this practice is even legal. When a company faces repeated complaints about unexpected charges and fails to act, it raises serious questions about their business ethics. I sincerely hope they take action, refund affected users, and reconsider a business model that leads to such unexpected charges.
