I had a very frustrating overall experience. My account was deactivated due to inactivity, and to reactivate it, I needed to contact the support team. As a free user, I found this impossible. The system suggests upgrading my plan to gain support access, but to do that, I again need to contact support, which is not an option for me. This is incredibly frustrating. In summary, data is deleted after a period of inactivity, leading to the complete loss of my work. This has caused significant damage to my projects.
