They gave me an appointment date and nobody checked on the status of this appointment I had to chat with support one day before the appointment date they confirmed the date and time of the appointment and when I went to the embassy they said that the appointment has been cancelled. I called them back they said yeah It was cancelled and on that day I drove 140KMs because the embassy is in a different city so 280KMs of driving to hear that the appointment has been cancelled and they mis advised about the schedule
Later when I spoke to support I told them that I would like to refund all of the fees I paid because simply the service hasn’t been done they said we will get back to you within 24 hours and 4 days passed now with nothing from their side
