Fast, reliable, and zero stress.

"I was a bit skeptical about using a third-party app for a visa, but Atlys is the real deal. I applied for a UAE tourist visa and the entire experience was seamless.

🚨 HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with ATLYS 🚨

I applied for a Brazil visa in October, and they promised delivery in 10-15 days. Fast forward to Feb 26, and I'm still visa-less 😡. Multiple inquiries led nowhere, and they ghosted me via WhatsApp, shutting down my app application without explanation. Customer care? Unreachable. They took my money with no refund in sight.

⚠️ BEWARE: ATLYS is a scam. Don't waste your time and money. Share your own experiences if you've had a similar nightmare 🤑

Seriously I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but there’s nothing beyond. Don’t waste your time with these people you can find better visa agents. They cannot even get your passport number right on the appointment at times. And zero customer service and accountability. For reviews and changes and mistakes made by them and complaints we have to chase them with everything and even after that it is less likely that your visa will be approved. The VFS agents also said me not use Atlys because they are the worst at this job and I witnessed it myself. I have a raised a complaint they didn’t respond for that and they don’t call me back with an update and every time I have to chase them for the update and they don’t even know what they are doing. They claim themselves as a big visa service agent yet they don’t even have a minimum knowledge about how to prepare the itinerary so that the visa gets approved. I wasted my time and money because of these people. And one more thing about their customer service is that you have to request a phone call and ask for an update and for some unknown reason the call gets dropped( I doubt that these people disconnect it from their end) and they don’t even call you back as the conversation is still pending. And also I don’t even understand why don’t they keep a record of everything that was talked before regarding an ongoing complaint. One person says something and the other says something and there comes a third person saying something else. I was stuck with these people and this is 2nd time I trusted these people even after having a bad experience before.

I seriously recommend everyone to search for a better visa service agent who actually take responsibility about your application and the work they’re doing.

My experience with Atlys was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The entire visa process was full of delays, confusion, and careless handling.

From the beginning, there were constant delays in updating my visa application form. I repeatedly requested corrections, followed up multiple times, and still the team left a mistake in the form. I literally got tired of explaining the same thing again and again.

The appointment handling was a complete mess. I applied from Mumbai and even traveled to Mumbai specifically for my appointment. Later, I was told that I had to take an appointment from Chandigarh, so I traveled there. After reaching Chandigarh, the team ended up booking a Mumbai appointment again. This caused unnecessary travel, expense, and stress. It honestly felt like there was no coordination or understanding within the team.

The so-called specialists did not seem to have proper knowledge of the visa process. The documentation support was very poor. The cover letter and travel itinerary were clearly system-generated and generic. There was no real effort or customization. Despite clearly asking them to add 2–3 countries to my Schengen travel plan, they did not add anything. It felt like they simply attached flight and hotel details without understanding my actual itinerary.

Because of their negligence and repeated mistakes, I have completely lost confidence in this process and now feel that my visa chances may be affected.

Overall, this service caused more stress than help. I would not recommend Atlys to anyone who wants a smooth, reliable, and professional visa application experience.

Me and my fiance went to vfs yesterday for our visa appointment. We carried documents as instructed by atlys in between the the interview the officer asked for ticket payment receipt which was not given by atlys to us we contacted the customer service right there but they didn’t issue it. The officer gave us only 10 mins to get it otherwise to withdraw the application. We asked the officer to provide us with more time. We were there 40 mins for atlys to send us the receipts but nothing happened we have to take the passport and documents back. After more than 2 hours they sent the receipts but nothing can be done by that point. Now this is something which atlys didn’t provided to us firsthand we are asking atlys to give us another appointment date and customer service is upfrontly telling that nothing can be done now. We worked very hard for the money which me paid to atlys on the trust and claims they make online in terms of moneyback guarantee. The case right now is we are not even asking for money we just need another appointment date so that we can get our visas on time. But the customer service is not helping us. We paid £260 to atlys and transportation charge £40 and plus we took leaves from our office to visit the center. And now nobody is helping us from the team. Instead they threatening us saying nothing can be done now. What about our hard earned money then i had no sleep from last night thinking of this its 7 in the morning and I am writing a review of what happened and what i have gone through. I request team to please help me on this or pay the money which I have paid to atlys.

I never go through the effort of sharing feedback but still doing to save others from the pain I had to go through. I applied for visa for Vietnam through Atlys and checked the application every day on app and website. Application was submitted and no updates received after that. I got worried as the due date wax closing in so tried to check with support but didn’t get any response other than I need to wait. The due date was past now and still no update, no support. Kept calling every day and same response. After 5-6 days after delay (in total 10-14 days of submission) got an update that due date has been updated. They call it “due date update” which is supposed to be a delay. Still no support so for the first time, I had to post this on Linkedin and thats when I got little bit of support. Even after that they asked me to pay the service fees. I got the visa when I reached the airport for my flight which had my heart pounding. Never ever use Atlys.

I have been trying to find a solution for my visas, as I have submitted 4 and I am unable to access any of them. I have emailed and reached out to
their WhatsApp customer service which keep telling me to use “Help Centre” on the app, but the app does not show such thing. My email is associated to a completely different account which is not my initial one and they do not let me delete this same account.
I require these visas ASAP and have no other way of communicating with anybody on time. I am still waiting on a response as it took their whatsapp team 23h to respond.

This is the worst and most dishonest service I have ever experienced. The manager personally called me and promised that my appointment would be rescheduled. That was THREE MONTHS ago. Since then? NOTHING. No call. No update. No reschedule. No accountability.

Customer care is a joke. The phone never connects. It just gives some useless six-digit code to type and then says “not available.” Every single time. There is no real support. No real response. Just excuses and silence.

They changed my appointment date without my consent. Then refused to properly fix it. Then promised to reschedule. Then disappeared. This is how scammers operate — delay, confuse, avoid, and ignore until the customer gives up.

They take your money, give false assurances, and then vanish. No professionalism. No responsibility. No ethics.

This is not a service. This is a scam operation.

People, please be careful. Do NOT trust them. Save your money and your mental peace.
