Me and my fiance went to vfs yesterday for our visa appointment. We carried documents as instructed by atlys in between the the interview the officer asked for ticket payment receipt which was not given by atlys to us we contacted the customer service right there but they didn’t issue it. The officer gave us only 10 mins to get it otherwise to withdraw the application. We asked the officer to provide us with more time. We were there 40 mins for atlys to send us the receipts but nothing happened we have to take the passport and documents back. After more than 2 hours they sent the receipts but nothing can be done by that point. Now this is something which atlys didn’t provided to us firsthand we are asking atlys to give us another appointment date and customer service is upfrontly telling that nothing can be done now. We worked very hard for the money which me paid to atlys on the trust and claims they make online in terms of moneyback guarantee. The case right now is we are not even asking for money we just need another appointment date so that we can get our visas on time. But the customer service is not helping us. We paid £260 to atlys and transportation charge £40 and plus we took leaves from our office to visit the center. And now nobody is helping us from the team. Instead they threatening us saying nothing can be done now. What about our hard earned money then i had no sleep from last night thinking of this its 7 in the morning and I am writing a review of what happened and what i have gone through. I request team to please help me on this or pay the money which I have paid to atlys.
