DO NOT USE THIS!
I tried this because of desperation because it offered hope. Devastatingly, it was false hope and they are not helpful at all.
My family and I have a cruise booked for 28th of March but unfortunately since January, we were unable to obtain an appointment slot for our Schengen visa application. We were already accepting the fact that we would not be able to make this trip as we draw closer to the date. I saw atlys on my browser and I messaged their WhatsApp number informing I needed a schengen visa next week. I knew it was impossible but I was hoping they could have a way. He said to apply for Greece as there a plenty of slots available. I started to apply on their website on wednesday 18th, to see the slots available, they gave me 20th of March(friday). Since there was at least 5 working days from this appointment to our travel date, we decided to risk it for that glimmer of hope. I paid for 3 immediately and submitted as much documents as I can the same day. I asked questions which they take too long to answer, and when they do, it’s frustrating because they only answer one question and sometimes it’s not even the information I needed. On the 19th, they submitted my application and to my surprise, the appointment date is 20th of April! I informed them about this and since this is of no use to me, I asked for a refund. They wouldn’t give me a refund because a slot was already secured and application was submitted which apparently is their refund policy. No matter how I explain what happened, they have no empathy and just keep on insisting (on repeat! Might as well be a robot) that my preferred date was 17th of April but since that is not available they went ahead and booked 20th. Why would I choose and pay for a date that is of no use to me???
Furthermore, their website says they guarantee visa on their promised timeframe, otherwise, they’ll give full refund. Don’t fall for this! It’s a lie. Their promise time for our visa is 3rd of April, appointment is 20th of April. Obviously they will not be able to deliver. But they still refuse to refund on this basis.
I should have read reviews! I’ve seen similar experiences on reviews sadly only after I experienced it.
Don’t waste your money. Better to do it yourself. I gave one star because there no option for -5.👎
