I had a very poor experience with Atlys and would not recommend their visa services.
I paid both the service fee and visa application fee, expecting a reliable and professional process. My initial appointment was scheduled for December, which I had to reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
While they did reschedule the appointment, the critical issue was that I was never informed about the new appointment date—no email, no call, no notification. As a result, I missed the appointment entirely, and my visa application lapsed.
Since then, I have been following up लगातार for over 15–20 days. Each time, a different representative handles the query, with no proper case tracking or ownership. I’ve had to repeat my issue multiple times, and despite continuous follow-ups, there has been no resolution or accountability.
This reflects a serious lack of communication, coordination, and customer service—especially for a paid service where timelines are critical.
I am still awaiting a proper resolution and a fair refund for the service that was not delivered as expected.
Would strongly advise others to be cautious before using Atlys. I have done it from another Visa expert and the process was very smooth with minimum difficulties. He also provided help in filing DS 160 which wasn’t the case with Atlys.
