Awful company. Do not use.Customer service is shockingly bad—rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. The product is massively overpriced, and you can find the same quality for half the price elsewhere. They also mislead customers by showing pendants with chains that are not included.I’m left with an overpriced pendant and no chain.Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. Avoid this company at all costs.
