Order #235828 – Still Waiting on Half My OrderWe ordered two matching engraved silver pendants for our sons. Only one pendant arrived. I’ve emailed several times, sent photos as requested, and even tried calling Atolyestone directly—no response. The quality of the product we did receive was as expected, but the complete lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. We’ve paid for two personalized pieces and have only received one. Someone from Atolyestone, please contact us to either send the missing pendant or issue a refund. This experience has been deeply disappointing so far.
