£700 item completely unfit for purpose. I spent almost £700 on a bracelet for a Christmas gift. In January the bracelet snapped and we spent £60 on a repair. Mid march the bracelet snapped again. The bracelet was not caught on anything it just snapped due to the quality of it being poor. Contacted customer services to request a refund as clearly the bracelet is not of good quality and is unfit for purpose.A refund was refused on the basis I had had the item for over a month. I was offered a replacement bracelet and a refund of the £60 repair which I refused as this will clearly continue to happen, unless the quality of the bracelet has been improved dramatically since December which I highly doubt. There was no way I could have known within 1 month that the bracelet was of this inferior quality and Atolyestone Customer Services are being completely unreasonable.Customer service is severely lacking here- and I am £700 out of pocket- plus the £60 for the first repair.I would advise against any purchase from this company on this basis.
