However, their dependence on discount carriers and limited customization options has caused me considerable frustration. I upgraded from their basic service to a more reliable option, but they continue to use a problematic carrier. All the issues I've faced with shipments have stemmed from this carrier, and they have been slow to address my concerns. Additionally, their policy on lost items is vague. I've had several packages that never received an initial scan, and I haven't received a clear answer on reimbursement. This has led to the need to ship replacements at my own cost, which adds up since the items are relatively expensive. I've also encountered difficulties booking freight, as responses are only forthcoming when a support ticket is opened. There have been instances where freight was booked without my confirmation, leading to unexpected pickups. I hope they can improve communication on these matters to enhance my service quality.
