We partnered with this service for about two months before deciding to leave, and I hope these insights help you in choosing your next logistics partner. Transparency is crucial when selecting a logistics provider, as it impacts your margins significantly. Unfortunately, this service provided incorrect pricing, and not just by a small margin. I want to believe this was an error by their onboarding team, but they didn’t assist in resolving it. Initially, we were quoted $7.68 per unit for shipping, but our first invoice showed an average charge of $12.48 per unit, nearly a 40% increase. They also unilaterally changed agreed conditions, which forced us to discontinue a product. After leaving a critical review, the CEO contacted us for a call if we removed it. We complied, but the follow-up was dismissive. After two months of low-margin orders, we requested they pack and ship our items back to our previous provider, incurring additional charges. They ceased shipping for us but still billed us fully for software and storage. While order processing was timely, the lack of a ticketing system made tracking responses challenging. In summary, we cannot recommend this service due to their misleading pricing and dismissive attitude. It was a waste of resources.
