I bought tickets for the opera “Aida” in Teatro Metropolitono in Medellín, Colombia. Yet, instead of my tickets they sent me sort of a “voucher” to be exchanged for tickets in the theater ticket office. So, I had to go to the ticket office - and guess what: the ticket office teller was sorry to inform me they know NOTHING about Atrapalo, nor that they’re selling tickets for this event. I emailed my question to the address Atrapalo has on the voucher and they suggested contacting the Colombian office through WhatsApp. I did. And this is where the ping pong started: “we can’t solve the issue as you bought tickets on the Spanish website”, “we can’t deal with it as it’s a Colombian event”, back and forth. It looks like I lost my money and I won’t see the opera!
