I have reported this as an unauthorized charge and deceptive practice. Be very careful before booking with this company.

Whatever you do under no circumstances use this travel agency.I had to change some flights booked for 22/11 well before the 72 hour window for changes. First of all we tried three times to call on 7/11 and got disconnected every time after waiting over 15 minutes. Then they did not answer emails sent 15/11 and 19/11. LATAM could not change the flights because it was booked through an agent so I had to tell them myself I would be a no-show as I had already left and they had heard nothing from Atrápalo. Disgraceful company.
My experience was very good until today, when I realised they charged me more than the flight company for the same flight.Of course, I realised this too late.I will NEVER again buy tickets from them.As far as I am concerned, this is a scam.
I bought tickets for the opera “Aida” in Teatro Metropolitono in Medellín, Colombia. Yet, instead of my tickets they sent me sort of a “voucher” to be exchanged for tickets in the theater ticket office. So, I had to go to the ticket office - and guess what: the ticket office teller was sorry to inform me they know NOTHING about Atrapalo, nor that they’re selling tickets for this event. I emailed my question to the address Atrapalo has on the voucher and they suggested contacting the Colombian office through WhatsApp. I did. And this is where the ping pong started: “we can’t solve the issue as you bought tickets on the Spanish website”, “we can’t deal with it as it’s a Colombian event”, back and forth. It looks like I lost my money and I won’t see the opera!
It's a really great website. The variety of activities and things you can buy is huge and makes it a lot of fun. The other day, an event owner here postponed my event to another date, and I trusted him and didn't say anything to Atrapolo. But then, when the event owner didn't respond to me, I came to Atrapolo and requested a refund, and they quickly resolved my problem. Normally, they could have said that you attended the event in our system, unfortunately we can't do anything. But they didn't. Instead, they put customer satisfaction first and resolved my problem.
