Appalling service. Made hotel booking and room paid for in full the week before I travelled.Got to the hotel on the evening and no reservation had been made. Impossible to contact anyone for assistance other than by email and got no response so had to drive 3 hours home. Now they're refusing to refund the booking fee and are using every excuse possible to claim they need more evidence of the issue before they can process. When you get paid for something, don't deliver and then won't refund, what crime code does that come under?
