Made a hotel reservation for 2 adults and 2 children at Magestic Colonial Punta Cana. Atrapalo sent me a confirmation and everything looked perfect until I got to the hotel. When I got there I found out that my reservation was made at the Magestic Ellegance instead and these hotels do not share ammenities. I was going with a group of 8 family members that were staying at the Colonial. After 5 hours dealing with the hotel itself, I was not able to resolve the problem. When I contacted Atrapalo, they apologized for the inconvenience and offered to give me a $50 voucher for future use. This company does this on purpose to sell and do not care if that is not what you reserved on first place. I would not use them again.
