If I could give them 0 starts I would have done it. Horrible experience, Atrapalo, CANCELED my flight because they didnt get payment documents information within 3 hours after buying the ticket; However they took the money from my account with out confirming documentation. Has pass almost a month since that happened and they haven't reimbursed my money and are saying that they are not the ones that have it, but the airline!! Had to buy a very expensive ticket after their cancelation and they havent even returned what they took from my credit card.
