I would give 0 stars if I could. To do a simple flight change was the most complicated process I’ve ever experienced with a company, that didn’t even go through. First I had to wait until their “time window” which was 48 hours before the flight to change it - out of which they would give me a false confirmation for the new date before telling me I had to wait. When I finally could, the payment website wouldn’t work after I tried 3 cards. They completely ignored my questions about it, said that I “missed the payment window” and that it was my responsibility to change it directly with the airline. When I tried to, my boarding pass was actually changed to the “new flight date” so I couldn’t change it, & then it was deleted so I was left with no flight to change. When I called back they said that “since I confirmed, they couldn’t change it back to the original date” EVEN THOUGH I COULDNT PAY FOR IT. leaving me completely stuck, without a flight, and losing my money. NEVER AGAIN.
