Repeated attempts to contact Atrium Windows & Doors via their toll-free number, website, email, and direct calls to their field support representative have yielded no results with respect to my warranty claim. Water is pooling on the inner lower sill of one of my windows. Mold is forming. Algae is growing. I first reported this issue on 22 August 2022. I have called more than a dozen times. I have been hung up on and sent text messages that the field support rep simply won't be able to inspect the window. I have filled out the contact form on Atrium Windows & Doors website but received no response. I purchased Atrium Windows & Doors partly due to their warranty and reputation for standing behind their windows. They have not. As a consumer, I have exerted tremendous effort and considerable time simply trying to have someone deal with is clearly a manufacturing issue. Atrium Windows & Doors has stonewalled my attempts to resolve this issue amicably.
