July 1, 2022. I just waited 5 months for 4 windows. One window is a slider but was sent the wrong width. The factory order from Lowes is clearly correct but Atrium sent one 4 inches too long. Im being told that the window has to be reordered and that i will be put at the back of the line. Another 5 months? Lowes should find another vendor. Definitely demand that Lowes pay interest on the money they are holding for 5-6 monthsI UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEMS WINDOW COMPANIES ARE HAVING ON DELAYS. IF THEY CAN EXPEDITE THE WINDOW I’LL UPGRADE MY REVIEW. The ones installed today look top notch.
