AT&T is the absolute worst. I've had them for the past two years at my current office and am moving to a new location, where unfortunately they don't offer fiber service. I've tried calling to disconnect services 6 times already and keep getting looped back into their phone tree. Whenever I ask for an agent, whoever helps me directs me to someone else who has no clue how to disconnect services. When i found someone to email me they said they don't handle disconnects. I told them to have someone call me. No one has responded. I finally just moved out of my office and stopped the autopay. Guess I will keep the router, not sure what to do with it.
