One of the worst company for wireless. I was with t-mobile for 10 plus years. They offered free phone if we switched. We did. They misplaced the the trade in phone. I had ups tracking number and say delivered to address provided. Apparently it is wrong address and customer service say it is not his problem. My monthly bill went from 180 dollars 309 dollars. Switching back to tmobile. Don't switch to this carrier. Worst customer service .
AT&T is very irresponsible. One of their wires is down in our alley, which essentially blocks our garage door, but they provide no way for us to contact them during the weekend. The number they provide to call just leads to a message telling us to call them during regular business hours. This is dangerous, because a car driving through the alley could rip the wire. This is in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago, in the alley between S Ellis and S Greenwood Svenue, going south from 54th street. They should lose their license to provide cable service in Chicago and be fined.
I was sold this product earlier today, I found a better price and decided that I need to cancel. I then was on the “cancellation line for 45 min”. I was just on hold so I called back and same thing I sat for over 2 HOURS!!! Waste of my time just to find out that their “cancellation team” isn’t even open. NEVER EVER USING SERVICE! HORRIBLE!

Aaron Biggins (816-200-9087) walked up my driveway and caught me off guard ! Claiming he could bundle my wireless, internet, and Direct tv stream, I usually would have said " No Thanks" but I was expecting a different salesman for a different quote for yard work so I talked to him.
BOTTOM LINE, I was told I could get a trade in for my iPhone from customer service after HOURS AND DAYS! calling and holding , they sent me return labels for the trans action. I wiped my phone clean per their instructions. I retired shortly after and took the time to look closer at my " BUNDLE" and three different charges were being deducted from my bank and the trade in wasn't applied. When I contacted customer service was told "MY PLAN ( 55 +) didn't qualify for a trade in.
Then why did they help me return my phone if it wasnt going to qualify? why didn't they tell me to go to a different plan?
When I called they ALL Sid that they "understood my feelings" but there was noting they could do.
I canceled all accounts and offered to return the iPhone 17, they told me I was beyond the 30 return period so I will have to pay for the phone (without the trade deducted), and they "understand my frustration"but there was nothing they could do.
So they expect my to pay full price for phone they told me I would get a trade in for, The "BUNDLE" was three separate charges for a total of $ 308.36 I shut off all at&t and switched to pure talk, starlink and a news package with direct stream for a total of $150. per month.
AT&T is a trash fire. I ordered a phone online and realized I made a mistake. I needed a new phone before leaving on a trip. I couldn't cancel the order and had to wait for it to come. I couldn't order the actual phone I wanted, because my information was "tied to the new phone". The phone arrives and we try to take it to the local store to exchange. Nope, they're incapable of doing that. It's the year 2026 and they're too backwards and incompetent to be able to change a phone in store. We had to send it back online. The people in the store told us it would arrive and be processesd in time to get one locally, since shipping another phone would take too long. Nope, it took so much longer. I had to leave for my trip with an old phone that wasn't working properly and didn't take pictures well. Thank you AT&T for being a piece of sh*t company. Other cell phone companies are capable of handling in store help for online products. How the hell can you not handle this?!?! The concept of being able to range info from one phone to the other has been around for about 20 years. Stop acting like a bunch of idiots and get with the modem times! All the bad reviews show what sh*tty service you guys have and why people are leaving. Grow a pair and fix your damn customer service and update your pathetic, backwater system.
So for most returns average it is a 30-day return window and I bought two wireless chargers because that's what I was recommended and I proceeded to only use one and I just never had time in my day where AT&t was open where I could return the other one so I figured oh I have a free day I can go return it and I have a couple days to spare. No for some reason there's is only a 2-week window and I feel like that is not enough 30 days should be for every return.

I would like to leave review for AT&T INTERNET PROVIDER. I'm 4 years with them on the row. Twice a year I got a problems with internet connection at my house. And monthly bill only goes higher and higher. For today I pay $98 for internet per month.
The main issue is I have no internet connection for almost every weekend. Then it restore itself every Monday.
Service technicians replaced modem and was trying to do some service 20 times. For free. Thanks God. No result at all..I'm a single dad and work hard. My 8 yo son used to stay home for Saturday and Friday evenings when I'm at work and I don't have connections to the internet to check cameras or give a call to my son to his tablet. Last night I came back home 10:30 pm and he was sitting on a chair and crying. Said that he's so tired to have no options to play games or call me when I'm not home. I'm highly recommend to never ever get any type of service from AT&T. God bless everyone.
How is it every time I call in to get support it takes 3 hours to get anything done? Sometimes it doesn't even get resolved and I have to call in again just to be put on hold for another 30-40 minutes. Then to top it off they just keep on transferring me to someone else because they don't know how to resolve my issue. ATT has the most despicable, useless support I've ever experienced.
