The worst customer service in the world. We had no internet for the whole day and we were told that

The worst customer service in the world. We had no internet for the whole day and we were told that technician would be here to fix between 1-5 pm and the the issue should be resolved at 7 (almost 12 hours later) but nobody showed up and when I called at 8:30 pm and asked when this will be fixed the manager in India told me it’s passed 8pm and the technicians would not work anymore. So I asked when will it be fixed he says perhaps tomorrow and when I hung up on him he kept calling our home and threatening me with recording my voice. The worst customer service and worst company for lying constantly to customers. I will cancel all our services tomorrow morning.
