I retired shortly after and took the time to look closer at my " BUNDLE" and three different charges were being deducted from my bank and the trade in wasn't applied. When I contacted customer service was told "MY PLAN ( 55 +) didn't qualify for a trade in.
Then why did they help me return my phone if it wasnt going to qualify? why didn't they tell me to go to a different plan?
When I called they ALL Sid that they "understood my feelings" but there was noting they could do.
I canceled all accounts and offered to return the iPhone 17, they told me I was beyond the 30 return period so I will have to pay for the phone (without the trade deducted), and they "understand my frustration"but there was nothing they could do.
So they expect my to pay full price for phone they told me I would get a trade in for, The "BUNDLE" was three separate charges for a total of $ 308.36 I shut off all at&t and switched to pure talk, starlink and a news package with direct stream for a total of $150. per month.
